HELPLAH is a full-service mobile marketplace that connects individuals looking for everyday services with qualified local professionals to perform them. HELPLAH includes an intelligent location-based matching system, an automated booking manager, real-time communication capabilities, and easy payment processing. The HELPLAH mobile application was developed using a cross-platform architecture, providing a consistent user experience on both iOS and Android devices along with reliability, scalability, and user-centric design.

Geolocation & Mapping: HELPLAH’s service brings together geographically located service providers to interact with users depending upon their respective distances.

Automated Booking System: This includes instant availability of services based on dynamic pricing along with automatically generating PDF invoices/receipts and scheduling service appointments on calendars.

Real-Time Messaging: Users will have the ability to communicate via live chat and to send/receive instant messages with read receipts and typing indicators as well as share images and videos through instant messages.

The development life cycle for the development of the HELPLAH system begins with the analysis of the requirements, followed by the planning of the user experience. The design phase for the development of the system focuses on the development of the intuitive user interface/user experience using Figma. The Google Maps API also plays an important part in the development, providing the system with the ability to geolocate the users. At the same time, the backend development for the system uses the Node.js framework, along with the Express framework for the development of the system, along with the MongoDB database for the management of the data.

The development life cycle for the development of the HELPLAH system continues with the development of the real-time features for the system using the Socket.io framework, along with the integration of the payment gateway using the Stripe API for the development of the system.

This app has a wonderful interface, better user experience, and smooth navigation. However, they work the same when compared to other mobile devices. They demonstrate a lot of thoughtfulness in providing an enjoyable experience with great design.
