When JAPA was being developed, we wanted the user to have a personal and smooth user experience from the very beginning. The first thing we did was create a quick and easy onboarding process with a secure sign-in option for users to register. Once registered, they were able to set up their profiles and immediately receive personalized recommendations. We also worked on having a clean, calming UI to design and create a simple navigation system to give users access to yoga and nutrition content, manage their profiles, and view their progress through the interactive dashboard.

Once we completed the first phase of the app, we were able to turn our attention to enhancing both user engagement and usability through additional features such as performance tracking, achievement badges, and compatibility with multiple devices (iOS and Android). We wanted to build inclusivity into our app. Finally, we performed continual quality assurance and user acceptance testing in the development stage so that we could constantly be improving the app’s overall quality, providing a quality eLearning experience that is engaging for the user.

Lately, we felt amazed at the level of detail and creativity that has gone into the development of Japa as well as the use of features such as progress tracking, achievement badges, and accessibility features that really demonstrate a strong understanding of the people who will be using this product.
