A child’s sofa is designed as a game weapon prop. The sofa was modeled in Blender and was built/modeled for real-time rendering using optimized topology. The silk effect for the upholstery/lighting and the textures of the solid-color fabric were created in Substance Painter to reflect brightly colored unicorn designs on the sofa. Collision and material settings for the sofa were implemented in Unreal Engine prior to the inclusion of the model in the game for smooth rendering performance.
- I made a kid's sofa in a unicorn style using a suitable form for real-time rendering.
- I used Substance Painter to make the sofa's fabric soft and the unicorn designs bright.
- Once the asset was made, I put it into Unreal Engine and configured it to use collisions and have the material optimized so it would perform smoothly in the game.
- It will be visually good-looking in all respects.
