An Indian chai street cart has been modeled in a stylized way so that it will work as an environment asset in real time. The model was created in Blender based on optimized topologies, making it suitable for use in a game engine. The texturing, finished in Substance Painter, gives the asset realistic-looking stylized textures. As a model, it is a very efficient representation of what can be rendered in real time and will be able to be integrated into Unity or Unreal engines for use in an immersive street or city-based game.
